Mediator Roundtable – A Virtual Gathering of OMA Members

OMA is pleased to announce an informal, monthly, virtual, drop in gathering of OMA members. Members are invited to discuss issues and concerns which come up during mediation. Each monthly meeting will be hosted by an OMA board member. Bring your questions and get feedback from experienced mediators. We look forward to seeing you there!

Resolution Oregon is currently tracking bills that have been introduced in the 2025 legislative session that could impact the field of mediation. Bills on the tracker may impact community mediation, private mediators, and/or public policy mediators.  Please feel free to take a look and stay updated!

Salary: $18.16-$26.97 per hour

Position Summary:

This position performs administrative support of moderate complexity requiring in-depth knowledge of policies, practices, and procedures. The work consists of independently performing a full range of standard and non-standard assignments and resolving a variety of non-recurring problems. This position will provide direct support to help ensure the integrity and success of this program. The Program Assistant may be required to travel periodically to provide administrative support for meetings throughout the state.

Minimum Requirements:

• Two years of general clerical experience. One year of which included typing, word processing, or other experience generating documents;

OR

• An Associate degree in Office Occupations or Office Technology;

OR

• Graduation from a private school of business with a Certificate in Office Occupations or Office Technology and one year of general clerical experience.
