Background
Supporting and maintaining high quality mediation practice is of paramount importance OMA’s mission. Given this, in 2006 the Board of Directors approved a voluntary process for resolving disputes with OMA mediators. We are hopeful that this process will be a useful tool to address questionable practices and maintain a high quality of service for all. The full procedure can be downloaded HERE.
