As proponents of quality mediation in Oregon, we are happy to help YOU grow and develop your practice. Use the links and information here to help develop the skills, tools, and client base you need to succeed.
Mediator Directory Listing
Getting listed in the OMA directory is one of many ways that potential clients can find you! Directory listings are good for one year. To place a listing and create your own online profile, you must be an OMA member. When you join, you can select the appropriate “with Directory Listing” membership, and you will be billed for membership and your Directory listing in a single step. Renewal is equally easy. Please contact us with additional questions about the Directory.
Professional Liability Insurance
Even the best of professionals are wise to protect themselves with professional liability insurance. OMA partners with Complete Equity Markets, Inc. to offer Members very attractive group rates on this valuable protection. The cost varies, depending on the size of your practice, the variety of services you offer, and the length of the term of coverage. For more information or to apply, contact Kaitlyn Hassall at khassall@cemins.com or call (847) 541-0900.

Trainings and Events
Keep your skills up to date with trainings, events, and social opportunities. From the spring training to the summer retreat and the fall conference, we have a year full of activities and events to keep your skills sharp. In addition, OMA is happy to help publicize events that members and partner organizations host. For a complete listing of upcoming events, please check out our calendar.
Member Only Professional Library
It is an ongoing goal for OMA to offer rich learning opportunities online. Our “Reading Room” is open to the public but we are hoping to expand this resources with “member only” content too. This type of resource not only helps busy mediators learn on their own schedules, it is a way to support our members and partners in remote areas of Oregon and with limited access to many of our typical events. Check back here as we develop and expand these resources.
